What's an Impactful Legacy? When mortal life comes near its end, what distills to the top and lingers or haunts in the fully intact cognitive heart and mind? Is it accumulated wealth, experiences, prestige, and possessions or a legacy of full, unselfish, and generous acts of love? Anyone who has unselfishly given time, energy, and talents to help someone in need or contribute to a worthy cause, understands the indescribable rewards in the soul. As inspired by the apostle Paul in I Corinthians Chapter 13, verse 13: And now abideth faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.
LovesIntention postulates that within every person is a God given spirit yearning to exercise charity. Through an intentional practice to invest goodwill and service to benefit others, our spiritual lives resonate with purpose. We experience the giving and receiving of love. Let us not lose heart in doing good, for in due time we will reap if we do not grow weary (Galatians 6:9).
